• WIDTH: Fits any 18mm watch (at the widest end part of the band which attaches to the watch)
  
• LENGTH: REGULAR ("R") SIZE for most normal sized wrists. 8 1/4" (210mm) long, INCLUDING THE BUCKLE (measuring both pieces together in a line from end to end); 9 adjustment holes.  (If you have large wrists, search for "long".  If you have small wrists, search for "short".)
  
• Shortest section is 2 7/8" (73mm) long NOT including the buckle (the buckle adds about 7/16" or 11mm)
• Longest section is 4 7/8" (124mm) long
  
• THICKNESS: about 1/8" (3mm) thick

Sometimes the correct size is printed or marked on the back of your old strap, but if it's not there you can measure it yourself.  Use a metric (mm) ruler and measure between the watch band "lugs".
